This has two major benefits – once you decide that Mondays are for blogging, your brain will get into the blogging mode and you’re more likely to do it if it’s scheduled. That’s not all – your visitors will pick up your schedule and they’ll have a pretty good idea when to come back, instead of checking out your website each day.
